I Clarice Gutmann while living in the U.K. was forced to move from my home I was living in in Durham UK because my Children’s father abandoned me. I gave Matt the phones because I had no use for them as I was able to get a cheap phone off a Indian peddler from Sunderland afterwards before I went to Matts but I still had them and gave them to him for helping me when I had no one. Matt Taylor is an Amazing guy he’s kind and smart and he was a Absolute Gentleman the whole 2 months I was there. He treated me like a Sister and I felt like family and safe in his home. I consider Matt a great and honest man and Friend. I wound up leaving Paris place because he was becoming very rude and violent because I suggested he use the men’s public shower room while his bathroom was getting fixed. Abandoned by Sussex Police who fail to investigate and act upon any complaint Taylor makes, Taylor has been a victim of a constant stream of malicious and frivolous complaints made against him since 2015.
Taylor was first arrested for Affray on 25 Janurary 2015, when while standing as the independent parliamentary candidate for Brighton Kemptown, his election office was attacked by two thugs, who attacked Joe Neilson (a colleague of Taylor’s) on the doorstep of his house, which Neilson claims he would have been killed if Taylor didn’t intervene and repelled the attack.
After the two officers finished joking and laughing with their assailants outside the property in 318 Southcoast Road Peacehaven, both Taylor and Neilson were arrested for affray and detained for over 15 hours, while their assailants were allowed to walk free.

Joe Neilson, 76 and disabled, continues to live abroad, too scared to return to his home in fear he will be killed.
His home is being stolen from under his nose and Sussex Police continue to do nothing about it.

At this time with the behaviour that has been displayed and the way in which you have been made aware of the comments, this does not meet the criteria for a Malicious Communications or Harassment offence.
You are putting yourself in the public domain by creating online content like this, this opens yourself up to allowing other members of the public to comment. They are just as entitled as you to report incidents they find offensive as you are. Their reports will be investigated in the same way. Reporting you to the Police does not constitute Harassment.
I do fully appreciate how this is making you feel. This has been taken into consideration when thinking about any potential action we can take. I can see there are multiple reports around this kind of behaviour by yourself and other members of the same online community. Without serious thought about the way you communicate online I do not see that these reports will stop. This does not make it an issue for the Criminal Justice System to resolve.
